| Who We Are : TCM Town Centre Management (TCM) exists because of the challenge created by out-of-town centres, new technologies and options for shopping emerging in the 21st century. Neither KMC or any individual business can work in isolation. To succeed in delivering the HTCPL primary objective all interested parties must play an active part in promoting the vitality and competitive position of the town centre. The Lockwood Survey 2002 Reported: Managed town centres perform better on a wide range of key performance indicators than non-managed centres. Well supported TCM programmes are key in safeguarding the future of town centre. Management groups and local businesses consistently say TCM benefits their town. |
